2011, Another exciting year ahead of us!
Here we are again with a brand new year laid out before us all to make the most of in a million special ways.Last year was a whirlwind of activity and as I say every year around this time…. I'm going to do less this next year and enjoy myself more, and this time I mean it! And, try as I might, every year holds unexpected surprises and twists and challenging turns along the way that fills up every moment. Oh, Life is grand!
2010 proved to be my most successful year ever. Thank you to everyone who loved and bought my work. Your interest in my art fills me with such joy, and inspires me to keep pushing myself and my creativity.
2011 will be a year of further exploration into form and continuing to develop my embossing techniques. It will also be a year of teaching. My background is in teaching and it feels good to get back to the art of helping people grow. A secret about teaching is that a good teacher grows right along with their students. I will be continuing to make bowls, platters, vases, plates, mugs, and multi-piece installation work.
I wish you peace, health, happiness and some challenges that keep you growing!

I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way--things I had no words for.
