I cherish the personal connections with customers I’ve experienced over the years selling pottery. In this crazy new world, I want to give you a rich and enjoyable online experience. That being said, it appears no online platform is perfect. Here are some things to keep in mind:

** As you select an available item and put it in your cart, it remains available to others as well, and not secure until the check out process is complete. 

Sometimes it’s easier to purchase one item and check out. If you have multiple purchases,  I will combine them into one shipment and refund you the overcharges.

** Shipping charges are auto-calculated. If you buy large or multiple items, or live far away, I will ship UPS, and refund the shipping overcharges.

** If you are local, (Western Massachusetts) and want to pick up your purchase, Please use Code: PORCHPICKUP and you will not be billed for shipping

Good things to know

Care- I use the strongest of clays, a high temperature stoneware. My work can be put in the dishwasher, microwave and oven. It is lead-free and perfectly food safe. It loves to be used every day!

Shipping - I take great care packing and shipping your pottery, and they will be shipped out 1-5 days after your purchase, (usually on the faster side). Currently, I am shipping to the US and Canada

  *Within the US- I generally ship small packages and single pieces via the USPS priority first class mail. Larger boxes will ship UPS. If the auto-calculated charge is far off the actual packing and shipping costs for your order, I will credit you back any overcharges.

  *Canada- All shipping costs and any additional international taxes or shipping charges that may arise are the responsibility of the buyer. There is a flat rate charge of $50. that will be applied to your order. I will find the least expensive method of shipping and then either refund or charge you after the pots are shipped.

  *Local pick up- If you live in Western Massachusetts, or want to take a drive, I’d be happy to make an appointment and have you come to my studio to pick up your pots. It’s beautiful out here! For a pick up, please enter code: PORCHPICKUP at check out and I’ll waive the shipping costs. If you’ve already checked out but prefer to pick up, no worries, it’s easy for me to refund the shipping charges to your original method of payment.

Sales tax- I am required by Massachusetts state law to collect 6.25% sales tax on any Massachusetts orders.

Returns- You may return anything you are not happy with; I will refund you the price of the pot, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
